Midnight Carousel
Midnight Carousel
MixPalette
In a midnight where neon and a nostalgic melody circle around, unfaded dreams and tears melt into the floor as she starts dancing once more. A nostalgic dance-pop number.
LYRICS English Translation
(Scratch + vinyl noise) Are you ready…? Let’s rewind the night.
On a street corner where neon sways, a clock that stopped and never moved again. A nostalgic melody, a nostalgic melody, tickles at my chest. Even the days I put on a brave face, even the nights I couldn't smile — once I set them to this rhythm, they feel just a little lighter.
C'mon, reach out your hand, go beyond yesterday, let's dance once more.
Midnight Carousel, inside the turning lights, holding onto a dream that never fades. Midnight Carousel, to this unstoppable beat, I'll hand over my heart. Just for tonight, let every tear melt into the floor.
(Beat drop minimal) Turn the volume up! Clap! Clap! (Scratch build) 3…2…1… (Drop)
Woo-oh-oh! (Instrumental dance hook)
A promise I can't forget still sits inside my pocket, still holding on to its warmth.
(Emotional melodic electric guitar solo, nostalgic and soaring. 90s dance rock vibe.)
The sky before the dawn feels a little bittersweet, but this melody never comes to an end.
Midnight Carousel, a world that keeps turning, let's shine again, one more time. Midnight Carousel, I'm sure that with you we can dance into the future too.
